Prime Fleet Management (“PFM,” “we,” “us”) provides outsourced DOT safety and compliance services. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, scheduling tools, forms, and social media pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, request a DOT Compliance Assessment, fill out a form, apply for a job, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, fleet size, and your answers.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or click our links, we may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you to us, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to understand which pages and posts are useful.
- Social media. When you interact with our Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn pages, those platforms may share basic information with us, such as public comments and page activity, under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and provide the assessment and services you ask for.
- To send information you request about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To review job applications.
- To improve our website, content, and services.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, website hosting, scheduling, email, and data storage), only as needed to provide those services, and when the law requires it.
Our social media pages
We publish posts to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account, including through an app we use to schedule our posts. That app publishes our own content only. It does not collect personal information from people who view or interact with our posts.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices, and deleting your information
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Email us at info@primefleetmanagement.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
